Dr. Bowden is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with extensive training in all areas of Orthopedics. Dr. Bowden received his Bachelor's Degree from Denison University in Granville, Ohio and was a member of the President's Club. Dr. Bowden attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri and served as Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and President of the Alumni Association. Dr. Bowden completed both his internship and residency at Doctor's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and has served as Chairman for both the Intern and Residency Training Program Committees.
Dr. Bowden is an Active Staff Member at Doctor's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio but has now limited his practice to Office Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Independent Medical Exams. Dr. Bowden has served as Team Physician for Bloom-Carroll High School, Pickerington High School, Whitehall High School, Capital University, Ohio Dominican College, a physician consultant for the Columbus Public School System, Trustee of The American Osteopathic Association and Past President of the AOAO. Dr. Bowden resides in Bexley, Ohio with his wife and three children.
