Dr. Mazo is a Board Certified Neurologist who has a special interest in Electromyography. Dr. Mazo received his Bachelor's Degree from Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Mazo attended medical school at The College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, IA. He completed his rotating Internship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York and his residency at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.
Dr. Mazo holds privileges at all major area hospitals as well as Coshocton Community Hospital and Fayette County Memorial Hospital. He has served Doctor's Hospital as Chairman to the Department of Neurosciences and as a Member to their Quality Assurance Committee. Dr. Mazo has worked as a Neurologist at Ortho Neuro since 1975, shortly after the founding of its name. He is a member of both local and national Osteopathic Associations as well as the American Academy of Neurology and The International Spine Society. Dr. Mazo resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and two children.
