Dr. Otis is a Board Certified Interventional Physiatrist with extensive training in diagnosing and treating Neuromusculoskeletal ailments, Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Sport Medicine and Spine Care including therapy and Interventional Spinal Injections. He matriculated with honors at Miami University majoring in Zoology with a minor in Medical Sociology. He was President of Phi Sigma, a Research Honorary, and Co-Chairman of Miami M.E.D., a Pre-Medicine Honorary. He attended medical school at The Ohio State University. He served as Chairman of the Medical Humanities Steering Committee, selected member of the Landacre Society, a Research Honorary, and twice received a Roessler Scholarship. After graduating with honors, he proceeded to complete his internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital and then Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at The Ohio State University where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Otis has numerous publications in the Physiatrist literature, has given presentations at the American College of Sports Medicine Annual Meeting, and has won awards for his Electrodiagnostic ability. Dr. Otis is experienced with a wide variety of Neuromusculoskeletal diseases. He resides in Westerville, Ohio with his wife and two children where he continues to be active in golf, resident training, and soccer.
