Dr. Duffey is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with in depth training in both Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. Dr. Duffey received his Bachelor's Degree at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and his D.O. from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. He served as Class President and member of the Admissions Committee at Midwestern University. Dr. Duffey completed both his rotating Internship and Orthopedic Residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Duffey received The AAU College Scholarship Award, OSU Athletic Scholarship Grant in Aid and was an OSU Varsity Athlete.
Dr. Duffey serves as team physician at Westerville North High School, Ohio High School Athletic Association Regional and State Championship Event Physician, former Company Physician for Balletmet Columbus, and served as a School Board President for St. Agatha School. He served as President of the Medical Staff of Doctors Hospital/OhioHealth in 1999 and 2000. Dr. Duffey was President of The New Albany Surgical Hospital (NASH) Medical Staff in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and served as Administrative Medical Officer for NASH 2002 - 2005. Dr. Duffey is a member of both national and local Medical Associations and Societies, president of Columbus Medical Association (CMA) in 2002 and former CMA Foundation Board member, as well as American Osteopathic Academy Sports Medicine President in 2000. Dr. Duffey currently holds privileges at area hospitals and resides in Upper Arlington with his wife and three children.
